This is designed to ensure compliance with Mandatory Training Requirements and will betailored to suit the training needs of the organisation.
Food hygiene sessions are designed to ensure that staff are trained in the most
effective, relevant and economic way, taking into account:
Organisational time constraints
With this in mind, training sessions can be delivered in the following formats:
- Half day (Food Hygiene Awareness)
- One day (CIEH Accredited Foundation Certificate)
- Four days (CIEH Accredited Advanced Food Hygiene)
- As part of a multi-discipline training day
- Rolling programmes
- All other customer specific formats will be considered
Food Hygiene can take many formats, to ensure the relevance of training to specific
job roles we offer a range of courses to accommodate:
- Nursing and care staff
- Ancillary and domestic staff
- Catering and food handlers
- Laundry staff
